Convocation Activities:

• Invitation Cards: Graduating students must download and print their e-invitation cards from their email accounts.
• Return of Academic Outfit: All hired gowns must be returned immediately after the convocation ceremonies. Failure to return the outfit by Monday, February 3, 2025, will incur a cost of ₦40,000.00 for the gown, Clearance for certificate collection will only proceed after payment.
• Certificate Collection: Certificates will be available immediately after the convocation, and Any certificate not collected within one year will incur a ₦10,000.00 demurrage fee, For every additional year, a fee of ₦5,000.00 will apply.

Alumni Registration Fees

Graduating students must pay alumni registration fees into designated bank accounts.

Graduating students must register online to attend the ceremonies.

A link will be sent to email addresses by December 30, 2024.

After registration, students must print the Access Code to gain entry to the venue.

Ceremony Attendance Guidelines

Graduating students must arrive at the venue on time.

The doors will close as soon as the programme begins.

The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Folasade T. Ogunsola, and the entire university community congratulate all graduating students.

Certificates will be available for collection after completing all clearance steps.
