The scholarship scheme is for suitably qualified candidates, with relevant Bachelor’s Degrees from recognized universities in the following professional disciplines: Architecture, Engineering, Environmental Science, Geophysics, Information Technology, Law, Maritime Science, Medical Sciences

 

Completed five forms needed to be submitted to the NDDC for consideration include:

1. Personal Information
2. First Degree Details
3. Proposed Master’s Program Details
4. Guarantor’s Information
5. Application and Confirmation

Eligibility

To be eligible for the scholarship, an applicant must

• 1. Must hail from the Niger Delta Region and
• 2. Must have a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University and
• 3. Must have a First Class or Second Class Upper or Second Lower Upper Division and
• 4. Must not be more than 40 years old.

Required Documents

To be eligible for the scholarship, an applicant must upload the following documents:

• 1. Recent passport photograph
• 2. Local Government Identification Letter
• 3. Bachelor’s degree certificate
• 4. NYSC Discharge/Exemption Certificate
• 5. Guarantor’s letter and
• 6. Post Graduate admission letter from a recognized overseas university

The Shortlisted Candidate for NDDC will now have the opportunity to further their Master’s Degree programme of any course of their choice in the designated University in Foreign Country.
