About Nestlé Nigeria Graduate Trainee Programme

Spanning 18 to 24 months, the Graduate Trainee Programme provides participants with rotational assignments across various departments. This structure ensures a holistic understanding of Nestlé’s operations and fosters the development of versatile professionals ready to tackle diverse challenges.

Throughout the programme, trainees engage in real-world projects, receive mentorship from seasoned professionals, and participate in structured training sessions aimed at enhancing both technical and soft skills.

Eligibility:

To be considered for the programme, applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Must have a  minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Less than two years of post-graduation work experience
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to relocate and adapt to different roles and environments within the organization.
