Program Description:

The Dangote Graduate Trainee Program is a full-time entry-level initiative that typically spans 12 to 24 months, depending on the role and business unit. The program is designed to develop technical, managerial, and leadership skills through:

• Trainees rotate across different departments and business units to gain hands-on experience.
• Structured learning programs are delivered by in-house and external professionals.
• Each trainee is assigned a mentor who helps guide their development and performance.
• Trainees work on live projects that add value to the business while enhancing their capabilities.

Eligibility

The program targets young, ambitious graduates who:

• Young and recent graduates
• Must Have NYSC completion or exemption certificate
• Minimum of 2.2 (Second Class Lower) or HND (Upper Credit)
• Must not be more than 28 years old
• Post-NYSC professionals
• Demonstrate leadership potential, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
