1. Sales of Post UTME form will commence on 7^th of June, 2025.
2. Post UTME Screening test will hold on Saturday 31^st August, 2025 at 9am prompt.
3. Upon admission, go to Jamb caps, pay the required fee and print your admission letter.

Programme Details:

• Candidate should have scored a minimum of 180 in the 2025 JAMB
• Candidates are to proceed to the nearest JAMB accredited center to effect their change of institution to School of Nursing if UBTH College of Nursing was not first your first choice , UBTH, Benin City.
• Candidate should have a minimum of credit pass in the under-listed subjects in not more than two sittings at O/level, WAEC and NECO.
• Candidates are to proceed to the nearest JAMB accredited center to effect their change of institution to School of Nursing if UBTH College of Nursing was not first your first choice , UBTH, Benin City.
• Candidates are to Pay Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) only into UBTH REMITA  after creating profile as screening fees

UBTH Subject Combination: Mathematics , English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology

Document Needed to Upload:

• A copy of JAMB result slip
• A copy of JAMB change of institution slip
• A copy of WAEC/NECO results
• A copy of Birth Certificate
• A copy of Passport photographs
• Ensure you upload your O/L result to Central Admission Processing System (CAPS)

Note:

a. Candidates will be responsible for their accommodation and feeding during the examination period.

b. Be informed registration is only online at the college of nursing portal.

Registered Nursing Program Requirement:

Apply Post Registration Nursing Programme leading to the award of Registered Nurse Certificate (RN).

Duration: Eighteen (18) Months

Entry Requirements

• Candidates must not be less than 18 years old.
• Qualification: Five Credit passes obtained in not more than two sittings in WASCE/GCE/NECO in the following subjects: English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry.
• Candidate must possess Registered Midwifery (RM) or Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN) Certificate.

Application forms are obtainable online UBTH Website with a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Naira (10,000.00) only. This should be made payable to UBTH TREASURY SINGLE ACCOUNT(TSA) via the REMITA PLATFORM in any commercial bank under the service type “TRAINING SCHOOL-SCHOOL OF NURSING”.
A separate payment of five Hundred Naira N500 to Nursing and Midwifery Council Committee
