Category 1:

• Graduate Civil Engineer
• Graduate Mechanical Engineer
• Graduate Electrical Engineer

Requirement and Eligibility:

• Be Nigerian citizens between 18 and 35 years old.
• Possess a Degree or HND in Engineering course mentioned in each position above or a related discipline from a recognized University.
• Be currently unemployed and not engaged in government service, or any full-time employment
• Provide evidence of NYSC completion, exemption, or exclusion.
• Reside in (or be willing to work within) any of the Local Government Area where the Ministry has projects.
• Demonstrate basic computer literacy. Familiarity with engineering software is an advantage (not mandatory).
• Show willingness to participate fully in structured field training modules.

Category 2:

• Carpenters
• Masons
• Steel Reinforcement Workers
• Plumbers
• Welding & Fabrication Workers
• Surveying Assistant
• Electrical Installation Workers
• Heavy Equipment Operation Workers

Requirement and Eligibility:

• Be a Nigerian citizens aged 18 to 49 years
• Possess recognized vocational training, trade test certificates, or verifiable practical experience
• Be unemployed at the time of application
• Be physically fit for construction related field work
• Be willing to undergo additional training, safety certification, and supervised project attachment.
