Overview of BetaGlass Graduate Programme 2026
The BetaGlass Graduate Programme consists of two major pathways:
- Betaglass Apprenticeship Programme (BAP)
- Technical Trainee Programme
Both programmes are tailored to equip participants with practical skills, technical knowledge, and industry exposure required to thrive in a competitive manufacturing environment.
Betaglass Apprenticeship Programme (BAP)
The Betaglass Apprenticeship Programme (BAP) is specially designed for young Nigerian diploma holders who want to kick-start their careers in manufacturing and engineering.
Successful applicants will undergo an intensive 12-month training programme, combining classroom learning with real-life industrial experience.

Training Locations
Participants will be trained in world-class manufacturing facilities located in:
- Agbara, Ogun State
- Ughelli, Delta State
These locations provide exposure to modern glass production processes and advanced industrial operations.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical, Chemical and Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Printing Technology and Glass Technology from a recognized tertiary institution
- Minimum of Second-Class Lower Division/Lower Credit
- Must have completed NYSC and have not more than 0-2 years work experience
