Responsibilities
Facility Coordination: Oversee dry-side recreational areas, equipment setup, and general facility presentation to ensure smooth daily operations.
Customer Assistance: Greet visitors, answer program inquiries, provide guidance on recreational activities, and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
Safety & Compliance: Monitor activity areas, enforce facility safety rules, and handle routine maintenance or incident reporting promptly.
Requirements
Qualifications: Relevant background in sports science, leisure management, physical education, or a related field.
Experience: Previous professional experience working as a leisure assistant, recreation coordinator, or in a customer-facing sports and hospitality environment.
Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational abilities, attentiveness to safety protocols, and a proactive, customer-first mindset.
