Responsibilities
Virtual Patient Care: Respond to remote health inquiries, provide professional clinical triage, and offer evidence-based health guidance via digital communication channels.
Care Coordination: Help navigate patients through virtual care programs, coordinate follow-ups, and connect them with appropriate medical resources.
Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate, confidential patient interaction records while adhering strictly to telehealth regulations and healthcare compliance standards.
Requirements
Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with a degree in Nursing (BSN or equivalent).
Experience: Proven professional clinical experience working as a registered nurse in a hospital, clinic, or digital health/telehealth environment.
Skills: Exceptional communication and active listening abilities, strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills, high empathy, and proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic medical records.
