Nature of the Programme:

Participants will rotate across various technical departments including production, quality assurance, maintenance, supply chain, and safety operations to gain holistic industry knowledge.

The program emphasizes real-time problem solving, continuous improvement, innovation, and technical excellence. Trainees will work closely with experienced engineers and managers, participating in key projects and operational tasks that impact the company’s growth.

Eligibility

• HND, B.Eng or B.Tech in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
• At least a Second Class Lower or Lower Credit
• Completed NYSC
• Not older than 27 years
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• AUTOCAD knowledge helps, even if you only used it in school
• Industrial training or internship experience in a factory? That’s a plus
• Ready to work in any plant or location they assign
