The program combines structured training, job rotations across key business areas and functions, and special project assignments that ensure our values are inculcated, the fundamentals of our industry is understood, and the requisite technical and soft skills required to deliver exceptional service and succeed in their careers are developed.

Eligibility
Applicants who meet the following minimum criteria are encouraged to apply:
- Possess a minimum second-class degree from an accredited university
- Not more than 27 years old at the time of application
- Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program
- Have no more than 2 years post NYSC work experience
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Have exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suites (word, excel, powerpoint), shared work platforms and other similar applications
- Able to provide evidence of extracurricular, volunteer and other community-building activities
