Eligibility

Be a bachelor’s, master’s, or Ph.D. student currently studying at a college or university outside Taiwan.
Applicants must hold foreign nationality, excluding students from Mainland China, Hong Kong, or Macau, even if studying abroad.
The programme is open to students in fields related to Taiwan’s key industries and research areas.
Humanities and social sciences students are also eligible to apply.
Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in English, Mandarin, or Taiwanese.
Students cannot receive financial support from other government departments.
