The 2025 Christopher Kolade Foundation SHE Soars Scholarship is a transformative initiative designed to empower female undergraduates in Nigeria. It provides financial support, mentorship, and leadership training to help young women excel academically and professionally.

This scholarship is important because it bridges the gender gap in higher education, enabling more women to pursue their dreams without financial barriers. By investing in female education, the program fosters confidence, innovation, and social impact.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the SHE Soars Scholarship 2025, applicants must:

• Applicant must be female between the age of 18 years and above
• Must be a graduate of a Nigerian public secondary school
• Must have verifiable proof of admission into a Nigerian public tertiary institution (i.e., university) for undergraduate study.
• Demonstrate financial need, and show academic potential/leadership qualities (for example: outstanding academic performance, leadership potential) (in some sources)
•  It supports female undergraduates across a diverse range of disciplines. (Medicine & Surgery, Mechatronics Engineering , Physiotherapy, Aeronautics & Astronautics Engineering , Agricultural Extension , Psychology, Law , Accounting .

Benefit:

• Annual Award: ₦300,000 per student.
• Coverage: Tuition fees, academic materials (books), and a modest living stipend.
• Duration: Supports recipients for the entire duration of their undergraduate studies (typically 4–6 years, depending on the program).
