The program’s design to serves two purposes:

  • It builds a pipeline of finance leaders who understand the company end-to-end: a stint in plant-level cost accounting, for example, shows how inventory decisions ripple into cash-flow targets, while a treasury rotation reveals the capital-market consequences of those same decisions.
  • It offers recruits a “guided tour” of finance so they can discover where their aptitude be it quantitative analysis, strategic thought or stakeholder communication adds the most value.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support fundamental month-end close processes and journal entries using Oracle and OBIEE.
  • Prepare monthly reconciliations and fulfill ad hoc requests for revenue/cost reporting and analysis.
  • Promote basic standardization efforts and efficiency enhancements across financial reporting and analysis models, applying multiple methods such as RPA, Lean Six Sigma, Tableau.
  • Support entry-level monthly tasks for the corresponding department.
  • Follow service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.
  • Develop desktop procedure documents for routine processes.

Experience and Skills

  • Currently enrolled in Accounting or Business Administration studies at the university level (completion of 3rd year of college program as a minimum).
  • High intermediate English level as a minimum (B2+).
  • Technical skills including Excel, PowerPoint, PBI (ideal).

  • Experience with accounting principles or forecasting concepts.
  • Less than 1 year of professional experience in accounting/finance-related roles. Previous job experience is not required; this is an entry-level position designed to kickstart your career path.
  • Commitment to participating in the program for 12 months as a minimum.

Eligibility:

  • Candidates typically need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting or economics, evidence of analytical rigour, and soft-skill strengths like storytelling with data. Completion is equally demanding rotations culminate in a capstone project presented to senior finance leadership but graduates exit with a panoramic view of corporate finance and a fast-track to roles such as senior financial analyst, plant controller or even divisional CFO within five-to-seven years.
