About Schneider Electric Nigeria Graduate Programme 2027
The 24-month Graduate Programme is designed as a structured learning and development journey that helps participants build technical, commercial, and leadership capabilities. Eligibility Requirements
To apply, candidates should hold a BEng or BSc in one of the following fields:
- Electrical and Electronics Engineering

Applicants must have at least a Second Class Upper Division or equivalent CGPA from an accredited university.
You must be a Class of 2026 graduate or expected to graduate within the next six months. Applicants should also have completed NYSC camp within the past three months or be expected to complete NYSC camp within the next six months in 2026.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Nigeria, willing to be based in Lagos, available to commence in February 2027, and committed to completing the full 24-month programme.
