What the Programme Offers
The six-month programme is divided into two major phases. First comes a four-week Group Foundation Bootcamp. An intensive start. Trainees learn about the values, culture and strategic priorities of Heirs Holdings while developing essential business knowledge. Then comes a five-month in-company deployment.

Trainees are placed across the Group’s portfolio companies, gaining hands-on experience and working in a professional, performance-driven environment. It is a chance to learn. To contribute. To grow. Heirs Holdings Graduate Trainee Requirements
Before applying, make sure you meet the eligibility criteria.
Applicants must:
- Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) from an accredited Nigerian or international university.
- Have completed the NYSC programme.
- Have no more than two years of post-NYSC professional experience.
- Be 27 years old or younger at the time of application.
