Powered by Heirs Academy, the Corporate University of Heirs Holdings, the programme blends classroom learning with real-world experience. Not just theory. Not just certificates. Practical exposure that counts.

What the Programme Offers

The six-month programme is divided into two major phases. First comes a four-week Group Foundation Bootcamp. An intensive start. Trainees learn about the values, culture and strategic priorities of Heirs Holdings while developing essential business knowledge. Then comes a five-month in-company deployment.

This is where learning meets reality.

Trainees are placed across the Group’s portfolio companies, gaining hands-on experience and working in a professional, performance-driven environment. It is a chance to learn. To contribute. To grow. And for high-performing participants, the journey does not necessarily end with training. Successful trainees may be placed within the Heirs Holdings Group, creating a pathway into a career with a leading pan-African investment group.
