Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this programme, applicants must:
- Hold a minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division from a recognized university.
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Have at least five O’ Level credits, including English and Mathematics.
- Law graduates must have a Second-Class Upper Division in both their first degree and Law School.
- Be a Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA)—where applicable to specific business units.
- Be under 28 years old at the time of application.
- Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
- Demonstrate strong research and writing skills.
- Exhibit excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Possess exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and similar tools.
- Have not taken the KPMG aptitude test in the last 12 months.
