Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for this programme, applicants must:

• Hold a minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division from a recognized university.
• Possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Have at least five O’ Level credits, including English and Mathematics.
• Law graduates must have a Second-Class Upper Division in both their first degree and Law School.
• Be a Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA)—where applicable to specific business units.
• Be under 28 years old at the time of application.
• Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
• Demonstrate strong research and writing skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Possess exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and similar tools.
• Have not taken the KPMG aptitude test in the last 12 months.
