Founded in 2016, Rotterdam Photo is an accessible and innovative photography festival. Previously held in February alongside Art Rotterdam, the main program will move to May starting in 2025, running for ten consecutive days in and around Museumpark. What’s the theme?

What winners receive

elected photographers will be invited to showcase their projects and create their exhibition in the container during Rotterdam Photo 2025.
As part of the prize,
winners will be given dedicated exhibition space to present their work.
They will also have the chance to sell their pieces,
network with gallerists,
potential buyers,
and international art press. Rotterdam Photo does not charge any commission on sales made during the festival.

Who can submit?

Contest is open to professional and amateur International photographers. Entrants must be at least 16 years of age as of the date of entry.

Single Images as well as complete projects

How to Apply

If you submit your work before November 29, 2024 11:59 PM CET, you qualify for the Early Bird discount. In this case, the submission fee is €29,- per entry. For submissions made after this deadline, the standard fee of €35,- per entry will apply.
