The SLA BoostHer Program is designed to help young Nigerian women navigate the challenges of entrepreneurship, employment, and career development through a flexible blended-learning experience. Participants will have access to expert-led courses, live masterclasses, mentorship, networking opportunities, and practical guidance.
Think of the programme as a bridge. On one side is your current situation; on the other is the career or business future you want to build. BoostHer provides tools and support to help you cross that bridge with greater confidence.
Who Can Apply
The programme is open to young Nigerian women between 18 and 35 years old.
It is suitable for women with innovative business ideas as well as those who want to turn their existing talents and skills into income-generating opportunities.
Students preparing for admission, current undergraduates, and recent graduates can also benefit from the programme. Whether you are preparing for university, building employability skills, or trying to understand the job market after graduation, there is room for you.
How the BoostHer Programme Works
Learning is designed to fit around your schedule. Participants can join through monthly enrollment and complete self-paced digital courses whenever and wherever it is convenient.
The programme also features live weekly masterclasses delivered by industry leaders and professionals. Participants can connect with mentors and other ambitious women through networking opportunities, while on-campus and community engagements provide opportunities for face-to-face learning.
Courses are delivered through SLA’s digital platform, with live sessions using platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet. Community interaction also takes place through WhatsApp and Facebook.
Benefits of the Programme
Why learn alone when you can learn from people who have already walked the road?
Participants can gain access to expert-led training, mentorship, networking, business development, and career development opportunities. Training may cover areas such as business ideation, branding, financial management, leadership, and employability.
Participants can also gain access to business and job opportunities, internships, business support, and potential funding opportunities through grants and pitch opportunities.
Perhaps most importantly, BoostHer provides a community of ambitious women who are working toward financial independence, professional growth, and entrepreneurial success.
Your idea may be a small seed today, but with the right knowledge, support, and environment, it can grow into something much bigger. If you are a young Nigerian woman ready to learn, connect, and take your next step, the SLA BoostHer Program 2026 could be the opportunity to begin.
