The programme are Fully funded to the following:

  • Travel and Transport: They cover your round-trip airfare and ground transport for the in-person workshop in Nairobi.
  • Accommodation & Sustenance: Comfortable lodging is provided for in-person workshops and the placement.
  • Connectivity Support: A stipend for data bundles to keep you connected and engaged during virtual sessions.
  • Personalised Coaching: Ongoing coaching throughout the program to support you in delivering your innovation project.

Eligibility

  • Open to candidates from any African country live and work on the continent.
  • Open to those who are deeply interested in biodiversity and environmental issues and are ready to drive change.
  • Must be age between 20-35 years old.
  • Applicants must have basic English writing and speaking skills.
  • Applicant must academic qualification at least a diploma in any field. Exceptional candidates with strong experience may be considered even without formal qualifications.
  • Must have passion dedicated to uplifting the communities where you live and work, with a strong inclination towards supporting local initiatives.
  • Must demonstrated leadership abilities, whether through managing teams or leading projects.
  • Applicant must be committed to Attend all training sessions, Be available to travel to in person workshop and a placement, Complete your innovation project.
