Eligibility
To be eligible for the Google Conference Scholarship, applicants must:
- Be a full-time student enrolled in a recognized university in Africa and require financial assistance for conference travel.
- Have an accepted paper at a top-tier computer science conference, preferably in research areas aligned with Google’s interests. Visit research.google.com for reference.
- Be the sole or joint first author of the accepted paper.
Note: Google employees and individuals from embargoed countries are not eligible to apply
How to Apply
Interested candidates must complete and submit the application form before the deadline for their chosen conference. Given the increase in virtual conferences, Google is currently covering conference fees instead of travel costs.
