The ceremony begins on Saturday, 4 April 2026, with an energetic endurance trek and ends with the grand convocation ceremony on Friday, 10 April 2026.

Approved Fees for Students & Graduands
The management of Heritage Polytechnic has approved the following charges:
- Matriculation Fee: ₦20,000
- Convocation Fee: ₦25,000
Students are advised to make payments early to avoid last-minute delays.
Gown Collection Date & Venue
All graduating students are to take note of the gown collection details:
- Start Date: 6 April 2026
- Collection Point: Administrative Building
Ensure timely collection to avoid disruptions before the main ceremony.
Important Notice for HND Graduands
Attendance at the convocation ceremony is strictly mandatory for all HND graduands.
Any graduand who fails to attend will be required to pay a penalty fee of ₦10,000. This directive highlights the importance of full participation in the institution’s academic tradition.
