TotalEnergies Management Trainee Programme for African Graduate 2025

Duration: 18 months total

Phase 1: 6 months of training in your home country (e.g., Nigeria)
Phase 2: 12 months of expatriation—either in another African affiliate or at TotalEnergies headquarters in Paris. This second phase depends on your performance and placement availability

Rotation & Exposure:

You’ll explore assignments across various functions—finance, support, sales, or technical roles. The structure builds both operational and managerial skills through diverse international exposure.

Eligibility

Applicant must have Bachelor Degree in the above mentioned courses
Must have a good command of English
Ability to anticipate and react quickly
High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
Good organizational and communication skills
