Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing: Utilize modern sourcing channels, professional networks, and database searches to identify and engage high-potential passive and active candidates.
Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone/video screenings, assess cultural and technical fit, and shepherd candidates through the interview process.
Hiring Collaboration: Partner closely with department managers to define role requirements, streamline interview workflows, and secure top talent efficiently.
Requirements
Qualifications: Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Proven professional experience working as a corporate recruiter, agency recruiter, or talent acquisition specialist in a remote or fast-paced digital environment.
Skills: Strong interviewing and evaluation abilities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools, and a keen eye for talent.
