Requirements
(a) EXAMINATIONS OFFICER (GENERAL DUTIES): Possession of Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any discipline from any recognised institution and NYSC discharge/exclusion/exemption certificate. Applicants must be computer literate.
(b) EXAMINATIONS OFFICER (ACCOUNTS): Possession of Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Banking and Finance, or any other related discipline from any recognised institution and NYSC discharge/exclusion/exemption certificate. Possession of relevant professional qualifications would be an added advantage. Applicants must be computer literate.
(c) EXAMINATIONS OFFICER (INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY: Possession of Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Computer Science, ICT or any other related discipline from any recognised institution and NYSC discharge/exclusion/exemption certificate. (d) CONFIDENTIAL SECRETARY II: Possession of Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Secretarial Studies, Secretarial Administration, or Office Technology Management from any recognised institution and NYSC discharge/exclusion/exemption certificate. Possession of relevant professional qualifications would be an added advantage. Applicants must be computer literate.
(e) ASSISTANT EXAMINATIONS OFFICER III (GENERAL DUTIES): Possession of National Diploma or NCE from any recognised institution. Applicants must be computer literate.
(f) ASSISTANT EXAMINATIONS OFFICER III (ACCOUNTS): Possession of National Diploma in Accountancy, Banking and Finance from any recognised institution or Accounting Technicians Scheme (ATS) Certificate of ICAN or ACCA. Applicants must be computer literate.
(g) ASSISTANT EXAMINATIONS OFFICER III (INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY): Possession of National Diploma in Computer science, Information and Communication Technology or any other related discipline from any recognised institution. Applicants must be computer literate.
(h) ASSISTANT EXAMINATIONS OFFICER III (AUDIT): Possession of National Diploma in Accountancy from any recognised institution. Applicants must be computer literate.
(i) CONFIDENTIAL SECRETARY V: Possession of OND in Secretarial Studies, Secretarial Administration, or Office Technology Management from any recognised institution.
Applicants must be computer literate. All applicants must possess five (5) credits in WASSCE/SSCE/GCE ‘O’ Level including English Language and Mathematics at a sitting, or six (6) credits including English Language and Mathematics at not more than two (2) sittings. Computer literacy is required for all positions.
Age Limit
Applicants must not be older than 40 years at the time of application. This ensures the recruitment of a dynamic and productive workforce.
