About NJFP

NJFP 2.0 is a Federal Government initiative in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), designed to connect talented Nigerian graduates with private and public sector organizations. The program helps fellows build professional experience, receive mentorship, and develop employability skills while earning monthly stipends.

Benefit:

During this period, they gain valuable work experience and receive a monthly stipend (₦150,000).
Fellows are placed in private and public sector organizations for 12 months.
Fellows acquire hands-on skills by working directly with professionals in their chosen fields.
This helps bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world job experience.

Eligibility

Be a Nigerian citizen
Be a fresh graduate (Bachelor’s Degree or HND) from any discipline — graduated not earlier than 2022
Have a minimum of Second-Class Lower (2.2) for degree holders or Upper Credit (>3.00) for HND holders
Be 30 years old or younger
Not currently employed in any organization
Have completed NYSC or possess an exemption certificate
Demonstrate commitment and passion for their chosen career field
Show interest in contributing to Nigeria’s socioeconomic growth
Possess excellent time management and professional conduct j. Have good verbal and written communication skills
