Associate Fellows Programme
The Nala Center Associate Fellows Programme is designed for motivated, talented, and committed individuals who are passionate about contributing to high-quality research, policy development, and public discourse. Nature of the Role
The Associate Fellows Programme is a voluntary and non-remunerated engagement. Associate Fellows contribute their expertise, time, and insights to Nala Center’s research and policy activities on a pro bono basis. Please note that the position does not attract a salary, stipend, or any form of financial compensation.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Possess a university degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
- Demonstrate a strong interest or proven experience in one or more of Nala Center’s thematic focus areas.
- Have excellent written communication skills in English, the official working language of the Centre.
- Show a genuine commitment to advancing research and policy initiatives, with the willingness to dedicate the required time and effort.
- Uphold high ethical standards, including integrity, humility, professionalism, openness, and respect for diverse perspectives.
