About the HEINEKEN Global Graduate Program 2026

The HEINEKEN Global Graduate Program is a structured development programme that combines real business experience with leadership training and international exposure. The programme is specifically designed to help graduates develop critical business skills while gaining deep understanding of HEINEKEN’s global operations, culture, and strategy.

Participants will complete three intensive rotations lasting six months each within their chosen career path. After the rotations, graduates will move into an 18-month management role within the Nigerian operating company or another HEINEKEN operating company globally.

Programme Structure

• Rotation One – Functional Foundation: Graduates will begin their journey within the Nigerian operating company where they applied. During this stage, participants will gain valuable experience in their selected business area while developing strong knowledge of company operations and corporate culture.
• Rotation Two – Cross-Functional Experience: The second rotation focuses on expanding participants’ understanding of different business functions. Graduates will work across departments, helping them build broader business perspectives and stronger leadership capabilities.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the Nigeria Breweries HEINEKEN Global Graduate Program 2026, applicants must:

• Possess a minimum of five O’Level credits including Mathematics and English
• Hold a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) Bachelor’s degree
• Have completed the NYSC programme
• Be a recent graduate with not more than one year post-graduation experience
